| The
Buildings and Grounds Department is responsible for the daily operations
of 5 buildings within the district. A maintenance staff of 4 and a
custodial staff of 7 work hard to provide the upkeep of all building
grounds, lawn mowing, landscaping, and providing a safe and clean
environment for students, staff, and the community. |
A
staff of 11 Food Service employees and substitutes provide breakfast,
lunch, and many additional refreshments for students and staff. The
district contracts with Chartwell's to provide quality nutritional meals
for the schools. |
Technology
continues to be a vital aspect of education at Bronson Community
Schools.
In our elementary
schools students use technology to learn and reinforce basic skills.
They also use technology to research and present information on selected
topics.
In the
junior/senior high school students' research and presentation using
technology are becoming more and more important. Students frequently
use the Internet, type their reports, and use PowerPoint for visual
presentation of information and graphics.
Robin Kiomento is
the department technician that supports more than 600 computers and over
100 printers in the district-wide network..

Transportation Department logs over 155,000 operating miles in support of
the district's travel needs. A dedicated group of 11drivers and
substitute drivers provide safe service to the district's students.
The Bronson Community Schools Transportation Department prides itself on a
